Well i just moved to california two weeks and long and behold i drive by a cop on a motorcycle that just cant keep his drewl in his flippin mouth. yes he pulls me over. why? u may ask, hmmm "your exhaust was too loud", um i have stock exhaust. oh yes i was threatened to get thrown in jail at that time and any other time for ANY infraction if they see me. theres hundereds of bentleys and lambos running through here and me with a marauder still gets more attention. this is why people hate cops, this is why people hate people, this is why people have disregard for the world...

Do you have a V-1 or V-2 Vortec?

Which Vortec kit do u have.

Police Officers are a direct refelection of the community. A holes in the community A holes on the police force.
 
I agree with JB. I made a thread a longggg time ago about cops "sucking" and I got nothing but flamed, so be prepared JB. I think it's ridiculous just because they are the "law" and think they can do whatever they want, when they want. I got pulled over too for having "loud exhaust" but yet he couldn't tell me what chapter it was in under the Laws etc. I then had said there are hundreds of cars in my town that have WAY louder exhaust, but yet I'm being harassed. Just pure BS. As from The Departed, "Do you want to be a cop, or appear to be a cop?"

i would expect it in LA but here i would expect some police to show class

I am not surprised to be being pulled over for no reason, i'm from detroit after all. i just thought a very rich town would show some class..
 
The V-1 is loud the V-2 is their SQ series. It's on the plaque on top the S/C housing.

I think Dennis Reinhart used the V-2.
 
I find the anti-LEO rhetoric on the board here in the past few months to be a bit disturbing. :mad2:

I am sure that there are "bad apples" in every sector of society.... bad burger flippers, bad college students, bad doctors, bad computer weenies, etc, etc, etc. But to label everyone in law enforcement as "all cops suck" is pure :bs:

If you are frequently meeting lots of bad cops on the highway ... I'd look first at what you are doing to attract attention to yourself. Take responsibility for your actions. Be a man !! :P

I have been pulled over once in the MM in 4 years .... and I deserved it. :D

i was doing nothing, got pull over for stock exhuast, ive never gotten a ticket since i ve had this car, had it since brand new. so dont tell me i might be doing sumtin wrong, been pulled over many times but no tickets HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, lived in three different state at 3 diff sides of the country so i will say i hate cop and ok most cops are PIGs but all are dick heads to me cause i drive mediocre marauder.
 
My experience with LEO's has been all on the positive side. This year I was pulled over at nite twice, once because the Trooper wanted to see a Marauder up close. Second time the Trooper clocked me going five miles over the limit and just wanted to warn me that I was going a little too fast.
City and Sheriff LEO's have paid me no attention in the four years I've driven the car.

I have flowmasters and a light tint.

Would you consider making a visit to the Department in question and have a friendly "new citizen in town and what are the rules" chit chat with the Chief of Patrol?

Charlie and John, ever notice that the majority of people who whine and cry about how cops suck are usually "20-something"? :shake:

Every time I've been pulled over I deserved it, and every time (with one exception) I was polite and respectful to the officer and he was the same to me, whether I got a ticket or a warning.
