I'd also use a scangauge or programmer to check the intake and coolant temps, if a sensor is bad your ECU could be retarding the timing like crazy. May not be a transmission at all. Make sure the intake temps are below 150 and the coolant temp is around the 200 mark. If you get a crazy high...

21k is way too high for a stock marauder. I would only pay that if it is in pristine condition and has a ton of upgrades - engine, blower and transmission at minimum.

All you have to do is add a shipping option for Canada. Box that size is about $20 for shipping USPS international. You may have to provide an HS code for the item to ship it which is the biggest pain to find. Other than that it's the same as shipping within the US.
