It is best to bleed out the entire system and make sure it is all clean fluid and not a single bubble in it. You never know if a bubble worked it's way up into the distribution chamber as bubbles flow up the fluid line not down.

What pads do you have ob the rear Axel? They seem to be causing a strange grab and wear pattern on the rotors instead of smooth and even. You might want to look at why or the cause. Otherwise congrats on the parts and work!
