Well I hope you guys still keep it going. How's Maury? The Marauder North Texas group was the only car club I really enjoyed. Since I've moved on to Mopars I haven't had the same type of cameraderie, to say the least. I'm a lone wolf now. I'm the one who had the Blue, and I still miss that...
Well congrats, Jim. I like that show a lot. Wish I had been listening closer at the time. Hope to see you guys again sometime. I saw Maury a few months ago at a Mopar show (with his Cuda).
Good luck, Rod and Regina; sorry I couldn't make it. My son had a swim meet in San Antonio. I hardly make any get-togethers these days but I still miss you guys.
I would like to come see the Redster off, even tho I have been AWOL for a long time, since selling my MM. Will bring my Charger, of course. I will keep track of this thread. Hey, Dan F. where are you???
Good idea getting a high-mpg daily driver. I hope these days of soaring gas prices will soon be past. In the meantime, hang on to your MM!(yeah,I know, I traded in for a Dodge ChargerSRT8 with even worse mileage). Things will even out soon. I hope.
Ford needs a new 4 door rear-drive platform to compete with the Chrysler products and the new Pontiac G8. It's the 21st century Ford; sorry I had to move on.
Congrats on getting a great car with an extremely rare color. I wish to this day that I had kept my Blue. But as you probably know, the rare color does not affect the resale price.
Very cool- I just ordered a Danbury Mint 1/24 replica of that car-tell your brother in law that it's available as a high-end model, Vortex. (about $120)
I hope I can be there Friday the 28th to see you guys. I enjoyed showing my Marauder last year and getting an early look at the fair, but of course I no longer own my Blue meanie. I really miss it, too. But I would highly recommend any area Marauder owners to take advantage of this opportunity...
