That seller shouldn't be allowed to get away with re-listing it afer having a winning bid the other week..That bidder is a member here and posted about it.
 
Ive sold cars on ebay and then the winning member never pay!, ive had that happen twice! so its not always the seller playing games.

There are those who bid on a car knowing full well they will never close the deal.

I know it goes both ways..prolly even more so with bidders who don't follow thru.

Did you file a complaint thru ebaymotors? or anything? There was that auction for a Dodge Challenger that the dealer goofed and never put a reserve on it or something and winning bid was lower than the sticker price and said they wouldn't sell it, but the bidder got every car forum involved and whomever and ended up getting it.

No I wouldn't buy it. But I would make sure I was high bidder....offensively high. :)
 
There was a black 04 marauder for sale at carmax here in maryland.

Less than 3K miles and factory moonroof

Sold for 22K in less than 24 hours!

Back around september or october I think.

They got the car in on a monday afternoon and was sold by tuesday morning.

Me and a buddy were going to go look at it but it was already gone.
 
I predict that reserve is $25k, minimum.

Current second place bibber must know that it only takes $100 more

Someone did the $23001.00 and reserve not met
Also the Gentleman that tried to buy it first time around gave the dealer a Negitive feedback. The guy responded with this remark

  • Seems like the guy is holding out. still wants 40K for the car LOL It is a nice car butif the dealer is an a--hole than what is the point in dealing with him. He will figure out how to get more money out of you in the end anyway. Dealer Prep, Title, Temp Tag. etc.
  • There are lots of DTR's on this site for sale and nice ones at that.
