Here's a new one for yall...

Not to long ago. Someone posted up pictures of their newly recovered MM steering wheel. If I recall, the owner had thicker material installed all around and those larger spots installed at the 9-3 or 10-2 wheel locations.

It looked pretty slick.

It does look really good ! And I bet it feels good too (I know, I know - what she said...). I bet a lot of us could use a steering wheel refesh (except Doom ) - but the $500 gorilla in the room is - the $500+ dollah cost in this age of sequester. Dang economy !
 
I know how you feel about the 2 spoke thing. It's not Ford's worst, I'd say that title belongs to the late 90's Super Duty.

It would be nice if someone could make a Mustang 3 spoke that would fit our upper shaft and air bag contact ring or a redesigned from scratch wheel that would fit.

I could live without the radio and climate controls to get a nicer wheel.
