It has been awhile. Glad to see things are going strong on Mercury Marauder.Net

well Jerry, if it will make you feel better to flip it on the cheap I have $8 in my pocket! :D:rolleyes:

What other parts do you need, plenty of hoarders on here that may be able to help.

I still have dibs on one of the extra gauge pods on the front seat!

Good hearing from you Buddy! Thanks for the advice. I will check it out.

Jerry,

Great to here from you! 11 years into my own Trilogy Marauder and it might still be my all time favorite. That car does everything well. What you engineered in the summer of 2002 easily exceeds my 2012 BMW 550i in performance and reliability. Thank you for a great chapter in my automotive life! With the Eaton inside, my Marauder is definitely part of my permanent collection!

When I hear from Customers and now Friends like you, it makes me feel very proud that our employees did such a great job of providing a great product. For me, it was the best part of my life in my business. Many of my best friends are the result of that project and I will never forget it!

Thanks for your post!!

Jerry

Jerry, it’s so awesome that you were able to obtain this marauder. I hope you take lots of pictures to document what a factory correct marauder looks like (especially the chassis).

I rescued Trilogy 43 in really sad shape from the car lot with 58,xxx miles on it. It’s now at 192,xxx. I smile every time I drive it, thanks for the little piece of happiness you provide me daily. - Derek

It has had the same effect on me😎. Enjoy!

1. The front and rear fascia’s were NOT BUMPERS! We removed the shocks in the stock bumper system to get that tight look for the body. If you have an accident, you’re screwed.
Thanks for that, Jerry. I never knew they were "faux" bumpers.

BTW, #61 says "Hi, Dad!"

Slim, it is great hearing from you. Sorry to hear about your Mother and your heart surgery. Jesus, it sounds like you have been through a lot. If you have time please give me a call and let’s have lunch. I have moved the office to a new location in Redford, but it is not far from the old shop.

Call me (248)877-2792.

Jerry
Will do Jerry. I am on midnights. I will call you and set something up on one of my off days.

Long time pal

Hey buddy!
Missing you .
Finally put a built Cobra motor in #93
Only took three years letting it sit waiting.
Retired now , so I have more time than money!

Hi Jerry, I’m a relatively new Marauder owner, But I know that you and your Trilogy supercharger are legends among the Marauder community! To me it’s a shame that there were only 250 units made. Is there any chance you might consider another production run for us newer owners?

An installed S/C Kit will cost more than what most MMs are worth.:(

Nitrous.............

Totally this ^^^

I spent years racing LowbuckMM with my old Trilogy kit against his 100 shot. Every time I achieved a lower ET he was right there nipping at my heels only a couple tenths away from taking me... plus his 1.72 60’ to my best ever 1.78 IIRC!

Look at this pic from 2010 and notice his front end to mine in the background. Nitrous is hands down the cheapest way to make BIG power. Plus a 100 shot will achieve 93 HP and 170 TQ!!!

Hmm. Maybe I should just go nitrous since I don’t really want to spend the money on a new F1 or try and get mine fixed..
