Ok, that was a great read! I've aways wondered if/how paint affects a cooler.

Do you have any suggestions for upgrading the intercooler on a stock Trilogy kit?

Procharger race intercooler. I’ve recorded temps 4* lower than ambient in the 80’s on the highway and average 6-10 above at red lights! Best thing I ever did was sell off the Trilogy heat pump!

Heat exchanger would be frozenboost type 100
Intercooler would be LFP performance (Griffin unit)

Best on the market is a killer chiller
