What did you do to your car today?

That's the best fitting ones I've seen yet! How's the color match?

It's fairly close, as close as I think I can get. I've looked at every modern'ish car at junkyards and this was the best headrests I've found so far. The color difference in the picture is because I conditioned the leather headrests, but not the seats.

Drive Shaft Loop

The last Metco part, The Drive Shaft Loop was installed last week. :)

Corvette front brake conversion with new rear calipers, rotors and pads. I can finally stop the car with confidence. Before that it was scary at speed.

Spent the day getting both the MM and the SHO ready for Carlisle. Wash, Clay Bar and Wax on both cars. I'm getting too old for this crap. Will probably leave most of the detailing of the engine and interior until next week. Sure hope all this rain blows out of here for the 3-5 June weekend. Yesterday was the first really nice day that we've had in the past 3 weeks. Maybe I should start working on building the Ark.

no red brakes anymore?

The calipers I bought were already painted black and had a nice finish on them so I decided to try leaving them black for a little while. I'll likely change them up again. I was thinking going with a graphite grey that matches the interior to give some contrast or a bright silver. I'll be looking at brake calipers to get ideas.

washed, clay bar the doors on back, waxed doors back. Detailed under the hood - As far as I could get with my shoulder issue. Will get back to fenders forward tuesday (next day off). Trying to get ready for the Hot Rod Power Tour.
