What did you do to your car today?

Hello everybody...

I did not "do" anything to my 25K '04 DTR today but I thought a lot about something I will do soon.
I want to put diamondback redline nittos on my marauder (will have the look of my GTOs/Corvettes in the 60's/70's...always liked that look) but am still puzzled about what sizes to buy.
I want to keep the stock wheels...and I do not want any problems with traction control codes or otherwise...I read that some members have 255/45/18 on the front instead of the 235/50/18 and others have either 265/50/18 or 295/45/18 instead of the 245/55/18. I would like the larger sizes of course but am concerned about my wife driving the car at times and a warning light or code light comes on the dash...she would be most upset.
So I have not made any concrete decisions yet...any further suggestions.

Thanks for always having great information and advice when I needed it over the years.

there will be no lights etc. I run 4.10 gears with 255-45 in front and 295-45 in rear on widened rear stock rims. maintain a 3- 6% difference in dia. and all will be fine

I had just replaced the windshield wiper linkage assembly that's attached to the lower cowl (6w7z-17566-ba) & replaced the upper cowl grill (6w7z-5402228-aa) that had been cracked & weathered on the MM. I ordered the parts on TascaParts.com

Finally got to drive mine into work again today! It hadn't stopped raining since Saturday.

I have only owned mine for 3 weeks but I can't get enough of driving this thing! The Cobra hasn't been getting much love lately... lol

In the last two weeks I've swapped out the light flint interview for dark charcoal installed new speakers and wired speakers for amplifiers. Ran all the wiring for amplifiers. Made new battery cables. Clay bar the whole entire car. Back to black the entire car. Installed a newer Silver Birch bumper.
Pressure washed the carpet new keypad removed Cowel to clean leaves.

Now I get to do a blend door actuator and install a new windshield

My neck is hurting from 16.5 years of ducking in and out of the car.

Best car I ever owned so glad I got to drive it to Las Vegas 2 years ago what a blast zooming through New Mexico on route 40!
Sorry to hear, BDJ!! Is the new owner local?

Finally found an Ebay trans within my used trans price range. Hit buy it now, local napa has agreed to unload it with the forklift that I fix for them, saves $75 on shipping.
Hopefully has all 4 forward gears and lasts till I build mine.
I want to drive my car.
Is there anything sadder than a broken marauder?

More boxes showed up today for the eaton swap. Waiting on more. Need to find the free time to get my headers ordered
