150 a couple times in my '92 G/M Police Interceptor prototype (Apr '91 production) unrestricted chip, non-electronic tranny and 327 rear--was driven by about 15 cops--2 let me make runs after they did--car now has 191,000 on it and my daughter can still beat my '99 G/M w/perf pack

On land, in a girl friends (English) Jaguar=140 indicated.
On land, on a motorcycle, Yamaha V Max=135 indicated.

On water, Sanger pickle-fork hydro=149 speedgun...saw the face of Christ and shut it down!! Sold the rig and never looked back.

MartyO, last time I posted something like that it got CLOSED! Then... come to think of it... half of the threads i've started have been locked for some reason or another. Hmmmm....

Not sure but I estimate about 115 in my 1977 Olds Cutlass. I was passing mile markers on the interstate every 34 seconds. Had my MM at about 90 this evening on the way home from work. I was just cruizing down the highway and it got away from me.

122 and not an inch per hour faster says my still stock MM. Had to try it once.:D

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 125 in my 96 Impala SS, and 115 in my 01 CVPI...both times I slowed due to my own uneasiness but they still had more in'em.

I am more interested to hear well, more about that GM/PI prototype.

127 in a 1991 CV PI.......for about 45 minutes in pursuit of a motorcycle......guy kept slowing down so we could catch up....he ended up playing ping pong on three trees!

137 Indicated in a 1978 Porsche 911 S/C.

When I noticed that the air had gotten under the fenders and the steering wheel was only making suggestions I became very afraid. My butt cheeks can try to suck up the seat just thinking about now.

The good thing about having a death wish is that you're much more likely to get that wish than, say, the one about a lingerie-clad Nicole Kidman stopping by your house with beer and pizza.

Now that is some funny ****e!!!!

Speed freak

03 Dodge Viper (convertible) = 200+ mph on Nashville Superspeedway track

03 Merc Marauder = 122 mph on untraveled highway loop 840.

130 or so

In a mustang.
But , I've tickled 150 on a bike once or twice.
No more. Never again. Not on the street, anyway.

280 kph (174mph) in a Lambourghini Countach 5000s owned by a former member of the Oilers, many years ago.

It's hard to find a road around here that won't bottom that car out. Man was that dumb....ahhh to be young and indestructible again.

Let me see... about 140 something in my 94 9c1 caprice, somewhere around 150 on my 86 vfr interceptor motorcycle, and 130 in my marauder.
