Thank you for cheering us on to make these emblems. As for the difference in the Grille and Trunk Emblems. They are approximately the same diameter, measured to 1000th of an inch tolerances. The back is flat on the Grille Emblem, while the Trunk Emblem has a curved back to conform exactly with the OEM Trunk Emblem's curvature as to conform to the shape of the trunk lid. Historically (last 50 years) high end vehicles that are adorned with a specific emblem, without exception carry that emblem in the front on either the hood or the grille. Many of those same vehicles also carry the emblem theme to the rear of the car. In most cases, people view a car from the front to determine what the emblem shows as to type. We did order a few extra Grille Emblems if you need one. Take care.....

Goof-off is WAY more harmful to paint than acetone, in my experience. I live where there's lot's more pine trees than cars, and acetone is the only way I've found to get pinesap off a car's finish. I keep my vehicles well waxed, and have never had a problem. I would love to hear from paint and body experts on this subject...

I installed mine last night and couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Rich and Alan for making these great custom emblems!
Had to do the side angle shots to really capture the image since their so BLING BLING DOG!:lol:

Trunk Emblem...

I haven't installed my emblems yet, but I noticed on djv5150 trunk emblem and on ctrlraven trunk emblem, that they are not aligned the same way, ones pointing down further then the other.:confused:

I thought that the trunk emblem had a curve in it natural to the trunk curve, so it should align only one way. Are all the emblems curve in the same manner, at the same point ?

my dad turned his a little bit so the neck is straight up and down
 
This how i did my grille emblem i like mine tilted a lil bit looks better than straight up.

I got mine today. Are the front and back emblems the same size?
 
If they aren't the same size there are extremely close. The trunk emblem has a curved back. The front emblem is flat.
